Day 1. Arrival to Mexico City (MEX). Airport pick-up and transfer to hotel (Balcón del Zócalo)
Day 2: Travel to the mountains and the first monarch reserve ‘El Rosario’ (afternoon visit). Overnight close to El Rosario reserve (Hotel Cumbre Monarca)
Day 3: Visit to the second reserve ‘Sierra Chincua‘ and the butterfly town Angangueo‘ (Hotel Cumbre Monarca). Overnight at Cumbre Monarca
Day 4: Morning visit of ‘El Rosario‘ and travel to the picturesque town of Valle de Bravo. Overnight at hotel Mesón de Leyendas
Day 5: Day trip to the third reserve ‘Piedra Herrada’. Overnight at Mesón de Leyendas
Day 6: Travel back to Mexico City with stopover at the secret highlight Cosmovitral in Toluca. Farewell dinner and last night in Mexico City (Balcón de Zócalo)
Day 7: Departure at any time. Airport transfer to the international airport of Mexico City (MEX)

Teotihuacán
Teotihuacan is a vast Mexican archaeological complex northeast of Mexico City. Running down the middle of the site, which was once a flourishing pre-Columbian city, is the Avenue of the Dead. It links the Temple of Quetzalcoatl, the Pyramid of the Moon and the Pyramid of the Sun, the latter two with panoramic views from their summits.
